What is my approach?
My practice is informed by a pre-medical foundation, the holistic mind-body connection, and over two decades of clinical work in medical and psychiatric settings. My approach is cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed, gender/queer-affirming and culturally sensitive.
I love collaborating with adults of all ages, inclusive of racial and cultural identity, gender, sexual orientation, spiritual beliefs and other life experiences!
